Rarity Fitness runs one on one Personal Training sessions from the studio in South Perth Western Australia, Monday to Thursday 6am – 8pm and Friday to Saturday 6am-1pm.
All Personal Training sessions are constructed around a 45 minutes in total session, where you’ll learn from coaches who specialise in Sports Specific Coaching, Body Transformations, Weight Loss, Lean Muscle Gain, Nutrition, Mixed Martial Arts and Strength & Conditioning.
In the 45 minute Personal Training session you will receive coaching in not only exercise conditioning but postural analysis, warm up, and post training exercises. The session is broken down into a 5 minute warm up that is explained to you so we ensure you are ready for the session to begin, after completing a 30 minute conditioning workout with your trainer you will then be instructed on post training exercise that will involve 10-15 minutes of cardio, core strength, stretching etc.
Our trainers have over 8 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry with specific areas of expertise and customer service making every experience as fun and enjoyable one!

You’ll find a price list of session available for purchase, this allows you to buy a package suited to your current budget and time frame. Payment options are structures around 3 options of weekly or fortnightly direct debits, payment instalments over a period of time or a paid in full option.
