About Fraser Williss
Hi I’m Fraser, manager of Rarity Fitness! I started my fitness career in 2009 after completing my Diploma in Health & Fitness.
Training a wide range of clientele through different demographics using my carefully constructed sessions where you’ll see your progression week by week.
Specialising in weight loss, movement and rehabilitation, body transformations, boxing, kick boxing and functional training, all sessions are exciting and well programmed to achieve the result you want!
Through this I’ve achieved some amazing body transformation results with some incredible people over the past 7 years whilst making their training enjoyable and something to look forward to every week!
