Rarity Fitness is run by Fraser an exercise professional with over 8 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, having different training backgrounds and experiences that has shaped him into the trainer he is today.
Our goal is to help people and show them how they can now be strong, fit, healthy and happy with the way their body feels and looks.
The journey will be educational and physical. Fraser will help you stay focused, objective, proactive, positive and productive! But we understand from time to time we all need a coach to kick our butt, answer our questions, listen to our concerns and support us through the change process, so we ensure that the journey you take is not only physical, but also a mental change for the future!

Our state of the art training studio located in South Perth Western Australia ready to get you started on your fitness journey! All sessions are based around a 45 minute in total session, with clients educated on correct warm up techniques 5 minutes prior to conducting the exercise, then 10 minutes post training where they are instructed on any further exercise they are required to do in their program.
Fraser is educated constantly through internationally recognised courses keeping up with the latest ways to achieve different results, from hormonal in-balances causing weight gain and fat distribution, to rest periods and correct programming for strength and endurance. Its safe to say you couldn’t be in safer hands when it comes to your fitness!
Group Personal Training
Training with a friend or partner can be the most effective way keep fit and healthy, working off each others vibes can be a motivating and sometimes competitive side of training with massive benefits. Sessions are constructed for 45 minute in total, with clients educated on correct warm up techniques 5 minutes prior to conducting the exercise, then 10 minutes post training where they are instructed on any further exercise they are required to do in their program.
This ensures that there is never a point where one of you will be lacking motivation with your trainer and training partner getting you through every exercise.
