Rarity Fitness is one of Perth’s premier personal training and performance coaching programs, run purely to help you have a healthier and more productive lifestyle. Located around Richardson Park in South Perth the state of the art studio only minutes from Perths CBD. Our services include, private personal training, group personal training, one on one performance coaching and program design. Our strength training philosophies have been developed using evidence based strength and conditioning principles combined with years of real world experience.
Founded by Fraser Williss in 2014, his vision was to create a service where clients were coached through the 4 principals of training which is mobility, movement, performance and result. Coaching techniques that have been acquired over several years of personal training allows clients to achieve maximal result ensuring that health and happiness is the main priority.
The studio is equipped with the latest strength and conditioning equipment, met with the latest techniques to ensure the performance and experience of the client is paramount. As well as the studios equipment it also boasts 2 full ovals which are used to their full potential especially through the summer months for various personal training sessions such as functional circuits and boxing sessions.
If you have been training at a commercial gym for years and are frustrated with where your hard work has gone, then we would encourage you to book an initial consultation with us. This session is FREE, and it is a chance for you to meet Fraser and find out more about what he does. We use this time to learn more about your training history, training goals, injury history and also run a movement screening to determine our best plan of action to getting you on track with your fitness journey.
